The Glen Tay Block Race is a unique small-town race that was first run in 1907! The race course is a 14.7 km loop that starts and ends at the Perth Museum in downtown Perth. The race, which has been held continuously since its reinstatement in 1967, starts at 6 pm on the last Thursday of August and attracts runners from Kingston to Ottawa.
Spend the day visiting Heritage Perth and cap it off with a classic road race!
